Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period : Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the order is received.

2. Eligibility : To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be free from signs of wear, damage, or modification.
• Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

3. Returns Due to Our Error : We will cover all return shipping costs if:

• The wrong item, color, or size was shipped.
• The item arrived damaged during shipping.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

4. Customer-Initiated Returns : If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, or simply changed your mind:

• The item must meet the eligibility requirements above.
• The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items : Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

• Items that have been used, assembled, or altered.
• Items with missing or damaged packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items, unless they are defective.

6. Refunds : Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Important Note : To help us resolve any issues quickly, please record an unboxing video and keep it as proof of the item's condition upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
